A specialist in the field of criminal, economic and penal law, penal fiscal law and law of petty offenses. He has experience ensuring comprehensive services at all stages of criminal and mediation proceedings, both as a defense lawyer and as a representative of the victims. He has participated in many national and international conferences in the above-mentioned fields. His interests also include economic law. Provides comprehensive legal services for enterprises. Since 2016, he has been a member of the Commission at the Bar Association in Bialystok.
Biography
He completed the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok. After obtaining a positive result in the entrance examination, he completed an apprenticeship at the Law Firm in Białystok. After completing the apprenticeship, he obtained the title of an attorney-at-law and practiced at the Law Firm in Białystok.
He completed PhD studies at the Faculty of Law of the University in Białystok, where he conducted classes with students. He is the author of many scientific publications in the field of criminal law and international law.
Laureate of competitions, including international ones, in various fields of law, incl. he took first place in the Polish Nationwide Speaking Competition organized by the Supreme Bar Council.
