Specialises in criminal, and fiscal criminal law. He is involved in the civil court cases, in particular economic cases related to copyrights and industrial property rights. The advocate conducts cases with regard to the personal property rights, takes part in the proceedings related to tax liabilities, in that before the administrative courts. He has performed a function of a President of the Disciplinary Court of the District Chamber of Advocates in Bialystok. Now, he fulfils a function of a vice-dean of the District Bar Council in Białystok.
Biography
A graduate of the Faculty of Law of the University of Wroclaw from 1981. He had fulfilled a function of a public prosecutor until 1987, then he practised a profession of a legal adviser. He has been an advocate since 1990. He has hold a position of a disciplinary judge, and served three terms in office as a President of the Disciplinary Court of the District Chamber of Advocates in Bialystok. In 2004 the Polish Bar Council awarded him with the “Polish Bar for the Well-Earned’. He has been a member of the District Bar Council in Białystok, where he has hold a position of a vice-deputy, since 2007.
