He is engaged in the civil court cases, in particular contract law. He is experienced in economic, administrative, as well as court and administrative proceedings. In his focus of intense interest remains the complaints to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg and representing clients in the disputes with the telecommunications, energy, waterworks enterprises, as well as in the disputes with the banks.
Biography
He completed the Faculty of Law of the University of Bialystok in 2005. During his studies he served an internship in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland - the Parliamentary Affairs Department. He began his work in the Law Office of Advocate Agnieszka Zemke – Górecka in January 2004. After completing his studies he worked for more than a year in Getin Bank S.A. in Katowice as a lawyer, and he was involved at that time in providing ongoing legal services for the bank headquarters. During his apprenticeship (2006 – 2009), he once again took up a work in the Law Office of Advocate Agnieszka Zemke – Górecka. He conducted a cycle of trainings in bank law, civil law and economic law dedicated to the bank employees. In the years 2007-2008 he was a lecturer in the Stanislaw Staszic College of Public Administration in Bialystok. He provides cyclical trainings as a lecturer of the Wrocław University of Economics.
