She is involved in the court cases within a scope of economic law, with a particular focus on the comprehensive legal services on the ongoing basis for the economic entities and the issues related to preparing, negotiating and issuing opinions on the contracts in the national and foreign market. She is experienced in the scope of establishing, transforming and liquidating companies, branches and representative offices. In her focus of intense interest remains civil law, in that the issues connected with the obligations resulted from the contracts or delicts and claiming pecuniary damages, non-pecuniary damages or a pension, and moreover linked to a debt enforcement, ownership law, inheritance law, family law. She also conducts cases within a scope of a widely understood administrative and tax law. She speaks Spanish fluently.
Biography
She completed her law studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bialystok in 2007. She is partly educated at the Spanish the Public University of Navarra (Universidad Pública de Navarra). Over the years 2006 - 2009 she was working in the Spanish Estudio Juridico Serrano Internacional law office in Warsaw, where she was involved in establishing and rendering corporate legal services to the companies with the Spanish capital, preparing legal opinions, determining the EU law provisions which apply to a concerned case or economic activity, in particular within a scope of the free movement of goods, capital, services, and people, as well as the freedom of establishment. She completed postgraduate studies in public international law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2009. After completing an advocate application she obtained a tile of advocate in 2013. She has been working in the Law Firm since 2010. She holds a Diploma de Español Como Lengua Extranjera certificate that confirms her knowledge of Spanish.
