He is engaged in the court cases within a scope of criminal law, fiscal criminal law and petty offences law. He takes part in all stages of both criminal, and mediation proceedings. He is experienced in conducting civil cases connected with claiming damages resulted from delicts. Now, he is a Judge of the Disciplinary Court of the District Chamber of Advocates in Bialystok.
Biography
He completed his law studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bialystok in 2008. In the same year he worked in the Alina Sobolewska Office of Legal Advisor, where he was involved in rendering legal services for the economic entities and banks.
In the years 2009 – 2011 he was a lecturer in the “Cosinus” Post-Secondary School. He is connected with the Law Firm, in which he accomplished his apprenticeship since 2010.
Piotr Iwaniuk is also a doctoral student at the Faculty of Law of the University of Bialystok in the Institute of Criminal Policy. He is an author of a publication entitled “The self-defence during a fight and an assault supported by the Supreme Court’s judicial decisions”, “The public prosecutor’s insight into the data included by a bank secret”, “The commentary to the verdict of the Supreme Court”.
